MGM Events Live ("MGM Events", "we", "us", "our") is an event management and experiential marketing agency headquartered in Delhi, India. We organise college festivals, brand collaboration parties, influencer meets and LAN gaming tournaments, and provide related consultancy and production services. By using our website (mgmevents.live), booking our services, or purchasing tickets to our events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All service bookings (event production, brand activations, consultancy sessions, campus takeovers) are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment through our payment partner, Razorpay, or via a signed agreement.

Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Scope changes after confirmation may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and approved in writing before work proceeds.

Payments on this website are processed securely through Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets as offered at checkout. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

MGM Events does not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Tickets purchased for MGM Events experiences (college fests, brand parties, LAN tournaments, influencer meets) are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Entry is subject to venue rules, age restrictions and valid government-issued ID.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for misconduct, without refund. Lineup, venue and schedule changes may occur due to circumstances beyond our control and will be communicated via email and our official social channels.

All content on this website — including the MGM Events brand, logo, artwork, copy, photography and event formats — is the intellectual property of MGM Events Live. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. Event photography and videography may be captured at our events; by attending, you consent to its use for promotional purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MGM Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, personal injury, or loss of property arising from attendance at our events or use of our services, except where caused by our gross negligence. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service or ticket.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
