Refund & Cancellation

Tickets for MGM Events experiences (college fests, brand parties, LAN gaming tournaments, influencer meets) are generally non-refundable once purchased.

• Event cancelled by us: full refund of the ticket amount to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Event rescheduled: your ticket remains valid for the new date; if you cannot attend, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.
• Lineup changes: artist or speaker changes do not qualify for refunds.

• Advance payments for event production, brand activations and consultancy sessions are refundable at 100% if cancelled by the client at least 14 days before the scheduled date.
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the scheduled date are refundable at 50% of the advance.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
• If MGM Events cancels a confirmed booking, 100% of all amounts paid will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

Email hello@mgmevents.live with your booking/ticket reference, registered email and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days depending on your provider.

If your payment was debited but the booking was not confirmed, or you were charged twice for the same order, contact us with the transaction ID. Verified failed or duplicate payments are refunded in full within 5–7 working days.
